Patrick Zumel Bitoy is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Specialist with over a decade of experience in the Philippine market. Born and based in Cebu, he understands the local landscape — from IT Park's BPO-driven demand to Mactan's beachfront premium and the emerging Davao corridor.
His clients include OFWs in Dubai and Singapore, expats relocating to Cebu, first-time Filipino homebuyers, and seasoned investors with property portfolios across multiple regions. He works personally with every client — no junior agents, no handoffs.
